Please fill out the below S1 form in CAPITAL LETTERS and come or ask anyone to bring the following documents:
- 1 Passport-Size Photograph of the child with white background. (No need to bring newly born child in the Consulate)
- Copy of birth certificate issued from the Hospital.
- Copy of both Parents’ CNIC or NICOPs, Passports and Turkish Kimlik Cards.
- Service Charges US $20 (Birth Registration is done on the same day)
- NOTE:
- After getting the below S1 Form attested from this Consulate, the applicant has to process NICOP of the newly born baby.
- NICOP is also processed at this Consulate. However for online facility of NICOP, please visit https://id.nadra.gov.pk/e-id/
- After getting the NICOP, the family will visit the Consulate along with newly born baby to process baby’s Passport, however please visit, https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/ for online facility of Passport.
